Amy E. Spiering
Practicing family law, Amy realizes that divorce and separation impacts every aspect of a person’s life and has ripple effects on all family members. One of her goals is to help clients feel stronger and more at ease when they leave her office than when they walked in.
Practicing estate litigation, Amy realizes that sometimes individuals change their estate plan before their death because they are unduly influenced by others, or when they lack capacity to make those changes. When disputes arise after an individual has died, Amy works to establish the true intentions of the decedent and honor his or her wishes.
